STARTING A CLOSED PTR LOG

Have you noticed there are way too many PTR sites shutting down every week? Guess what else? For every PTR site that shuts down, one replaces it, AND it might very well be the same owner of the closed site. There is also a wave of PTR sites claiming to be HACKED so these sites will also be added to the list. Whenever a site gets hacked, all accounts are erased along with everyone's hard earned money. Even if the site reopens, the owner will not return the money. Does that sound like an honest person? Well there is a way to check the owners of the site and I will start keeping a log of these owners on this blog. It will list the owner's information such as name, email, phone and possibly the admin and other owners of the site.
